What can we do?

We are not going to be able to eliminate all harmful chemicals from our environment...

And my goal is not to include everything that has these hormone disrupting agents, because they are EVERYWHERE.  The entire picture is too overwhelming.

My intention is to start small... change what I can, raise awareness.

WE can take steps to buy smart... use our consumer power...
avoid these hormone disrupting chemicals.

BPA Free  (Bisphenol free)

Use reusable bags for produce/groceries

Use reusable stainless steel water bottles

Go organic if you can...

READ the Ingredient list! avoid FRAGRANCE or PARFUM!!
(the ingredient "fragrance" or "parfum" in our products includes all kinds of chemicals that are unlisted; there is a loophole in the cosmetic industry, that does not require nor regulate companies to individually list the ingredients in "fragrance/parfum")

More and more companies though, are placing front and center on their products labels "PARABEN FREE / PHTHALATES FREE / BPA FREE"
look for these, buy these.

The Simpler the better for you

I get it, I like my conveniences, as much as the next person.  But had I known, if someone had put 2+2 together for me and explained to me what these hormone disrupting synthetic chemicals are doing to our bodies, to our health, I would have thought twice.  I would have started making changes many years ago!

I am taking my research and making lifestyle changes.  I am sharing the information I have found, as a cancer survivor, for you to do what you will with it.  I hope you make the change, this information is easy to ignore, I did.

Cancer woke me up.

We can make a change.

Start small, it’s not as hard as you think.
